“We are a sacred space to create, learn, and grow.”

Artist Residency

Our six resident artist studios are in the old stable building where light pours in from the window that spans the building. Each artist has a dedicated studio space adjacent to a large communal area that can accommodate significant work. Our focus is on community and inspiration, so the shared spaces are integral. We encourage artists to step out of their traditional media and try something new, share their story and craft and learn new skills from their fellow residents. The residency program will begin Spring 2024.

Workshops & Art Classes

Weekend workshops range from ceramics to cyanotype printing and painting with earth pigments. The offerings at Bell Moon Arts are ideal for novices and experienced artists alike, and we encourage the students to connect with the current resident artists and join in the family meal and extracurricular activities like yoga and meditation. Workshop students will sleep off-site, and Bell Moon Arts staff will help you find the perfect place in the nearby inn, local rental houses, or campsite to relax during your stay.

A place to relax and create.

Take a break from hustle culture and intentionally shift your routine by immersing yourself in art and community. Take time to do something just for you, experiment with art, and find pleasure in creating things. Experience nature and reconnect with your body and the earth in our yoga classes and guided meditations.
